Luay, I think you completely missed the point on the remote work thing. While in a startup, you are 100% correct, especially in the innovation days. But what you are missing here is Twitter is like 20 years old, and so are Google, Facebook. These companies can't innovate anyway. They are doomed to become the next IBMs and Microsofts or die. You don't need people in the office burning the midnight oil in these giant, non-innovative behemoth monopolies. What you are saying is you need to have no life, eat shit and die like our parents. That world is over, and so possibly is Twitter's future.
